Basic Science Integration Course (BSIC)—How AUA Prepares Students for Clinical Sciences
 

Join Troy Sherman, Associate Director of Admissions, University Outreach and special guests, including leadership, faculty, and alumni, for an advisor-only webinar where we explore BSIC, AUA’s integrated intersession course designed to reinforce with Q&A sessions, relevant material, and concepts in the Preclinical Sciences disciplines. It is also designed to enhance the integration of knowledge acquired in the Preclinical Sciences, and help in the application of this knowledge to clinical scenarios. The course is conducted during the intersession following the end of Year Two. After 13 weeks, the students will take the mandatory National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) Comprehensive Basic Science Examination (CBSE) on the island.
